Project Terms

Terms & Conditions

Standard terms and conditions applicable to all Vajrabhumi Constructions packages. Expand any point to read the complete condition.

All official Municipal Permissions, dismantling of old structure if any, Electrical Board bore well, motors, water connection, rock cutting, sewage works shall be borne by landlord. The Company will extend all the help in obtaining all these works.

While calculating total constructed area, outer to outer slab shall be considered without any deductions such as staircase, high roof, open ducts or others.

Water for curing and other activities related to construction & Electricity required for site activities shall be provided by the landlord.

Any item that is not listed above shall be provided at an extra cost as mutually agreed upon. The additional works that may be added at your request shall be amended into the contract with a price revision.

Rock cutting / blasting / compressor work is not included in the quote.

Plinth level is considered up to 1'6" above the existing road level (Natural ground level of the plot), anything above shall be compensated by the client.

Backfilling of soil shall be provided up to plinth area, for additional plot area beyond plinth shall be compensated by the client.

SSM (Size Stone Masonry) below the plinth is not included.

Foundations / Footings depth shall be considered at 2m (6'6") which is the standard industry recommended practice below which shall be compensated by the client.

Soil bearing capacity will be considered as 30 T/m2 below which shall be compensated by the client.

EconomySlab height is considered up to 10' from floor level to top of the slab. Anything above shall be charged additionally.

PremiumSlab height is considered up to 10'6" from floor level to top of the slab. Anything above shall be charged additionally.

LuxurySlab height is considered up to 10'6" from floor level to top of the slab. Anything above shall be charged additionally.

Ultra LuxurySlab height is considered up to 11'6" from floor level to top of the slab. Anything above shall be charged additionally.

All the brand (products) warranties (if any) shall be handed over to the customer at the end of the project.

Elevator and related final fixture are not included in the above quote.

The company budget must be used only for its designated purpose and can not combined or reallocated. (prices incl. GST).

After completion of work and before handing over the project, the debris will be cleared and the premises shall be completely cleaned and given.
